Refund policy
Returns
To start a return, please contact us at sales@brooksantiques.co.uk. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once your email is confirmed, we will send you our return address. Items sent back without authorization may not be accepted for a refund or exchange.
You have 14 days from the reception of your order to exchange or return your item(s).
We only accept returned items in the condition in which they were received. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
You will be responsible for arranging return shipping. We recommend you insure any items you ship back to us. If an item is broken or damaged during the return shipment it is the responsibility of the buyer. You will need to take this up with the carrier you used for the return. We cannot issue a refund for items returned broken or damaged.

Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged item, please notify us within 5 working days of the receipt of your order. This is necessary for us to be able to enter a claim with the shipper and refund you. We also need clear pictures of the damaged item and pictures of the inside and outside of the box or pallet for our shippers. Without these pictures we are unable to issue a refund.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
