Shipping policy

Our prices do not include delivery costs. All orders can be picked up by appointment at our London warehouse or shipped to any address in the UK. 

We offer tiered, flat-rate pricing for addresses within the Mainland UK. We offer free shipping within the Central London area for non-furniture items. 

Orders are processed Monday through Friday excluding national holidays. Most orders ship within 5 to 7 working days of purchase. Larger orders or orders to remote addresses may take longer. Orders will not be delivered on the weekends or national holidays. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

Once an order is placed we cannot make any changes or cancellations prior to shipping.
